I hope You guys can help me

My connector on my 2018 battery is worn down after 8,000 km
The male part i to short and therefore sometimes disconnects during rides
(The 1.3 motor is running perfect and smooth)

I can only find one source for buying the part fitted to the battery - Luna Cycle - But they have no stock

Do any of You know of any retailer ?

Have you checked from here?

I appreciate thread is year old…
Can you advise, how you got on changing the rosenberger connector?
My ham fisted son has managed to break rotation tabs
Short of marking charger rotation I’m at a loss other than replace perfectly good 100% health battery

1: Losen the 4 screws holding the plug
2: Take out old plug
3: Cut the wiring - not to short
4: Solder the wiring back on new plug
5: Isolate wiring and remount plug
6: Go shredding 🤘

Many thanks
Can you advise if there is a workable length of wire on the plug and plenty of space inside to tuck the soldered wires
Also, is the wires the same colour

I did this a year ago on both my batteries - and as i remember it the colors are the same. Look below from Spec manual.
There is room enough inside. But you have to cut wires close to the plug...

Many thanks, really appreciate
Ultimately, I’ll be buying a new battery and using a spare, seems wastefully disposing a 100% health battery
I’ll get a plug and befriend an ET at work and see if he’d undertake,

I also have a spare battery - it's like having an extra bike - you can just ride twice a day
Or as i often do - visit another trail on the way from the first trail 🤘

thanks for the link! , my '19 turbo levo started turning itself off during rides, and sometimes won't turn on after a lot of messing around with the connector. yesterday I took a close look to the battery connector and the main pins were like corroded, but from what you get when electrical arcing.
