I rode to basingstoke and back today. It is about 40 miles...lovely day for it too!
Your bike looks stunning Mark. Those colours are awesome :D
 
I spend 2 hours in the forest today helping a few beginners the basics of riding a MTB, It was -3 degrees in Denmark but an utterly fantastic day in the forest.

That;s awesome :) I always like riding in the forest when it's cold and frosty. Hopefully your "trainees" had a good day out too :D

They had a brilliant day out. I started by ordering 2 women to shift bikes, a tall lady came on a kids bike and another one came on a bike even too big for me and she was about 6” shorter ? They now know how to bunny jump and use their brakes.

Aha! I love riding canals. Once rode from Brentford to Gas Street Basin along the Grand Union over three days. Accoustic MTB. My mind does often turn to another similar adventure at some point.
