What’s decent in the way of wheels for a mid-powered e-bike?
I’ve ran Hunt wheels on MTB, gravel and road for years with absolutely no issues so might stick with them.

Would the Hunt Trail Wide be up to the job for a 76kg rider who’s doing Chilterns type trails, no real Lakes/Wales mountains type stuff?
I’ve had some on my 150mm trail bike and they’ve been faultless so far.

Whatever you're using now should be fine. The extra weight of a mid-power E-bike might necessitate tires with stronger sidewalls, though. I use fairly light wheels on my Ari Nebo which is about 14 pounds heavier than my donut powered bike and they're fine.

Hunt are good when it comes to customer service
the missus had those wheels on her Liv full suss analogue - the V2 with the peened Alu - however we had to get the rear rim replaced as it had loads of cracks around the nipples (do not rearrange that sentence) So I'm not 100% over their longevity on a powered bike.
how much are you thinking of spending?

it's always worth looking at Hunt's Re-New stock
they currently have E-Enduro wheelsets in 29 and 27.5 @ £329 instead of £549 if you were thinking of going a bit tougher...

Good deal, and the freehub can be changed if XD doesn't suit:

Hah, yeah, punctuation is critical!
There's a big difference between, "Oh my God", he ejaculated, and "Oh my God, he ejaculated"!
