What power level

Hello folks just bought myself a Cannondale emtb with the 8000 motor (500w) . Downloaded the STunlocker app so that I can adjust the power levels as I get fitter after a knee replacement . ECO on standard is more than enough help to get me started 60% assistance 30nm torque . Just wondering if anyone as experimented to see what power level on a ebike matches their non ebike effort . To compensate for the additional weight and motor drag if there is any .

Would also like to know this... I do plan to play with it myself though to work it out. My intention is for economy to match an amish bike, trail to match what ECO is now and boost will probably go to where trail is (given I ride with my son whos on a non e bike, so I can't go too fast anyway).
