What a day for a cycle along the beach.

A couple of years ago I was in South Carolina, Thripp Island to be precise. I had borrowed a bike and a helmet and along the way collected a few seashells for my wife. The seashells are what give me what appears to be a prominent left breast!
The beach was claimed to be 7 miles long. We were wind assisted all the way down; unfortunately the wind was still blowing in the same direction when we had to come back!

All those houses had received a right hammering from a Hurricane earlier that year and there were carpenters and roofers everywhere. Those flights of steps down to the beach had all been swept away, along with much of those rocks you can see too.
