After one month of wet weather, my Decoy just stop to work.
E010, then Shimano logo fixed.
Shimano eTube write this is a battery issue.
I checked the battery connectors and the Di2 wire connections. No problem.
BUT the motor power inlet was not installed correctly. Inlet move, so joint is useless. Lot of water was inside it. I suppose the motor is dead and perhaps the battery could be locked in a security mode
How many days between opening the YT support ticket and get back your bike, mates?

That E010 error is most likely the torque sensor is faulty and you need a new motor, same thing happened to my Vitus. There is a big thread in the shimano motors section. seems a massive problem with the steps motors

I mean water and electric dont match well.

Bike returned and motor replaced. Sadly, the chain stay was break during the travelling. Waiting for a new exchange...

Damn man. Sorry to hear that :)

I love my Decoy, but have had a few battery problems myself. I'm holding onto the Capra as a spare bike.
