Anybody know time span of warranty on a motor before you can claim full bike back,been waiting 9 weeks now and no sign of it coming.haibike nduro 8 13 months into warranty.

Same problem here, 6 weeks waiting, 0 response from haibike, my local dealer very poor information.

NEVER AGAIN Haibike and/or yamaha.

If you paid with a credit card then initially discuss the situation with the card company customer services dept. and have all purchase documentation to hand.
