Walk Mode Doesn't Work on My Powerfly 7 FS

So just like my title says, I wanted to use the walk mode on my Trek Powerfly, and I followed the steps that I saw on a YouTube channel. Though, it didn't work, I was in ECO mode, pushed the walk button and then the + button it didn't do anything. Matter of fact it didn't show that it was in walk mode on the display. Does the Walk feature on the Trek Powerfly not work?

It works fine on mine - press walk in any mode and the screen displays Walk+ then press + the display then reads Walk and the bike moves.

You have to hold the button down for it to work.

I can't even get it to go into walk mode at all. I might have to take it in.
