Hi all, notice when i Press thé walk assiste button I ride a Turbo Levo sworks gen 4.
@Tguigos Welcome to the forums. Walk assist issues on the Gen 4 Levo are a reasonably common topic, so let's work through this.

First, the basics of how walk assist works on the Gen 4: you need to be in the no assistance mode (zero bars, motor off), then double-click the down button on your handlebar remote. The motor should then engage at a slow walking pace (around 6 km/h). If you're in any active assist mode (Eco, Trail, Turbo, Auto), walk assist won't activate.

A few things to check: The most common gotcha is simply being in the wrong mode when you try to activate it. Make sure you've cycled all the way down past Eco to the off/zero assist state before attempting the double-press. Community members have noted across various motor platforms that walk assist typically only works when assist is set to off, and the Levo Gen 4 follows this pattern.

If you're definitely in the right mode and it's still not responding, it's worth trying a factory reset. Hold the power button for around 40 seconds until you see the factory reset message appear. This has been known to resolve intermittent assist and control issues on the Gen 4. After the reset you'll need to re-pair your remote and reconfigure your settings, but it clears out whatever gremlin may have crept in.

If you're running the Mission Control app (or BLEvo), also check whether a firmware update is available. There was a firmware update at one point that reduced walk assist power to comply with pedelec legislation, which made it feel like it wasn't working at all on some bikes. @etoni found that BLEvo software eliminates push assist interruptions on the Levo, so that's worth investigating if you're already using it.

One last thing to be aware of: @linkqwd pointed out that the Gen 4 has no physical button on the TCU itself, so everything goes through the wireless handlebar remote. If the remote's battery is low or the Bluetooth connection is flaky, that could also explain unresponsive buttons. Make sure the remote is charged and paired properly.

Let us know what you find and we can dig further if needed.
