Hi all,
On the off chance, does anyone here have experience with fitting a 22 Turbo Levo onto a VW California bike rack?
Specifically, how well do the tyres fit in the wheel holders bearing in mind that the wheelbase is quite Long and the tyres I'm running are 2.6"
Yes, I know you can get tow bar fitted bike racks but a) I'd need to get a tow bar fitted and b) I'd lose the use of the reversing camera which I don't want to do and c) I wouldn't be using it to transport the Levo that often and I know the standard VW tailgate mounted rack will happily take the other bikes I might need to transport.
Have attached a photo of the bike rack in question as there are several different types.
