Levo Gen 2 Turbo Levo - Missing Bolts

There are quite a few Bolts on my Turbo Levo that I have either lost or damaged and need replacement:

Bottle cage Bolts (X2)

Upper Shock Eye

The bolts which hold those pieces of plastic on each side of the headtube where the cables internal routing goes in




Anyone able to provide a specification of what any of these Bolts are so I can get them ordered ?
