Hi Guys, I would like put in your attention that I have made replacement rockguard for Specialized Turbo Levo and Kenevo with M2 series battery.
Original part number S194200005. This will be dedicated thread just for this KeLevo Rockguard. You can check him / order on my website.

Fits to Turbo levo MY 2019-2021, Kenevo MY 2020-2021 with M2 series battery.

Made from nylon PA12 on industrial HP 3D printer.

Thicker walls for improved durability. Added small drain holes and channels for water drainage.

Does not include Bolt and Nut ( take these parts from original rockguard )

Hello Jonny, here it is

PaloEMTB – excellent job! Great to have replacements available. Luckily I have not cracked my Levo battery cover yet. I am currently making a bash guard cover to protect it. I do not mean to hijack your thread on your cover but I want to make a suggestion.

There is demand for Levo bash guards. Since you apparently have created a solid CAD drawing for the battery cover in order to 3D print yours, , why not expand your cover in all directions and strategically thicken the plastic so that you create a battery cover with an integrated bash guard that is held in place with the standard battery cover hardware, no extra straps needed. I’m sure this would sell.

As an example look, at the bash guard this forum member made out of kydex. If something similar in shape was formed as part of your battery cover (not covering the battery mounting bolt obviously)

It is not bad idea :)

I broke mine so I bought one. I should have it here in the US on Thursday!!
I will comment once I get it.

Do you know if/when you'll have the combined battery cover bash guards available? I have a small crack in the battery cover for my Kenevo and am wondering whether to order one of your covers or save my money for the bash guard version..

It will not be that soon. I am thinking about it but no solution came out yet.

No worries, I'll just order the battery cover.

A couple thoughts for the design which might not be practical but would make the bash guard design super interesting to me..

- No straps around the frame (or anything else that looks bad and makes removing the battery more annoying)
- A hard shell with a shock absorbing layer inside

Thanks.

And these are the same thoughts as I have ;)

Mine arrived today. Feels alot stronger than the Spesh one! Fits like a dream too!

I’m curious if the KeLevo guard is the exact same color as the original Specialized? It would be great if you could post a quick photo of them next to each other.

Specialized is more glossy, mine Kelevo is more matte which in my opinion match better with side plastic motor covers. Depends on light condition also.

Mine arrived today (took about a week from ordering to arrive in UK). like others have said, definitely feels and looks stronger than original, and fits just as well.
Great thanks

Hi guys, just a little update.
All new rockguards are made from stronger and more flexible material PA11 from now on (and past month).
And rockguard is now supplied with nut , so no need to dig her from the original one.

Arrived it under a week fits perfectly, feel more robust than the original.

finish is more Matt as it’s printed

would I buy another? Based upon the above yes.

@PaloEMTB any updates on the new bashguard, What are the properties of the material is it more flexible?
Any chance of another hammer video so we can check it out?

Nice work, fellow Slovakian! :)

I damaged the original guard when I tested a Levo two years ago, and it cost me more than 50 euros.
