Took mine to local Specialized dealer today. After running diagnostics they gave me a new battery under warranty.

Do you suppose any Specialized dealer could diagnose/ replace the 500w battery under warrantee (mine developed the identical problem/symptom single- flashing green light fault described in this thred)? I am reluctant to visit a local dealer, as the frame/battery was not purchased through their shop, rather aftermarket, so no receipt.

Had the same battery fault. There is a special test rig that specialized supply, however it failed to diagnose my intermittent fault. The issue completely went away with a new battery.

I'd suggest speak to the LBS anyway to see if they can still file a claim. Perhaps pay them for their time to do so or something.
