Trek Rail Upgrades

[Will J Rail 9.5]

Hi all,
I've gone and bought myself a 2022 Rail 9.5.
I'm actually pretty happy with most of the standard components but am toying with the idea of changing the shock and forks. Anyone upgraded their Rail 5 or 9.5? And what did you go for?
I'm new to all this, Mtb's and forums.

If you have a look down the forum list you'll see many many threads re fork upgrades & which rear shock will fit. These forums are almost exclusively about upgrades or problems with bikes. Start using by the search function which looks like a magnifying glass at the top of the screen. Put on your suit of thick skin as generally on forums there is a fair bit of keyboard warrior ego.
If you're new to MTBing you'd be better off getting some miles under your belt to see what you don't like about your bike.
