Other Trek rail + 5

Hi I’ve got a trek rail + 5 had it around 2-3 weeks and I’ve noticed some rattle I’ve checked the brake pads (even been out with out breaks to check lol) I’ve looked at the wires they all seem fine the ones I can see I’ve checked the bolts then seem fine not to tie or loose only rattle when going over rocky areas no rattle when on smooth surfaces just wondering if anyone as sorted this out it’s not really loud but just wanted to check if Ive missed something or as anyone just forget about it and go on with your day and enjoy your ride with the rattle

Could be the battery lock is misaligned allowing the battery to rattle in the lock. Also, try fitting one of these - fits my non-Smart Rail but don't know if this fits your bike ...

Suggest you call Trek customer services, they are very helpful.
