Fuel EXe Trek Fuel EXE 9.7 error code

Hello! I have a Trek 2023 Fuel EXE bought new Jan 2024, I’m getting an error code 6drvhwer - motor only outputs a 100 watts and the rider output is 0. Need help.

This bike should still be under warranty. Your LBS with be able to diagnose the problem. I’m not sure what the error code could be; battery, motor, wiring harness, display screen etc.

Water has been an issue with the display screen/computer on some Fuels but without a proper diagnostics it’s difficult to know.
