I have removed the motor twice to fit new bearing. Not an issue and quite a straightforward job. But refitting the motor in to the frame is a major pain in the a@@. There is so little room to place all the wires that the motor is always hard work to align back up with the bolt holes. Am I missing something ? Is there a unique way the wires should sit to allow the motor to fit in to pace with out having several hands !

I hope to god that the 2022 models that have had frame tweaks have a little more space in this area.

Any one got a video ? or details of how they do it ?

I feel your pain. I just sold my MY 2019 Trance or I would get you some pics.

Seen as nobody else is biting, here's what I did. I pulled as much of the harness I could down to the motor. I then ran all the cables from the motor forward and under the battery interface plate. I made all the connections from the harness below the motor, above the skid plate-being careful not to pinch anything. Only the battery charge harness stayed up high.

Thanks

I in the end found to push the longer wires down the bottom of the seat tube ( bike upside down ), can do this to 3 may be 4. So give a little more remove for the rest. I even removed the battery plate and fitted the motor and then thought I would fit the plate after. But that did not work.

I have it all back together and working well. Very quiet after new bearings and a grease that is meant to reduce noise !
