My TQ app for my BMC shows all zeros for motor tuning and blank for the software version numbers. The motor tuning sliders don’t work right - the rabbit slider moves when I move the assist slider and both jump around. The motor is working fine and gives power as it should based on my previously set parameters.
I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, re-paired the ble on my iPhone but still the same problem. It does connect and the odometer reading is accurate and does update after rides. Any ideas?

Hi. Did you ever find a solution for this? I have the same problem, albeit on a Scott bike with a TQ motor. Thanks

Yes! TQ said it was a known problem and they updated the app a week ago. That solved it for me. I updated my app (Apple) and didn’t need to uninstall/reinstall.

I just bought a Scott Lumen that only shows the serial number and blank for all other version numbers. My suspicion is the system is on its original build firmware and that it needs a plug-in with the TQ dongle at LBS to get everything updated. I would recommend this as first step.

Thanks. TQ said it was a known problem and they recently issued an update to the iOS app that solved it for me. My firmware was up to date but their app had a bug that they fixed.
