I have a L Turbo Levo SL carbon. It has 29x 2.3 tires on it. How big can I go? I was told 2.6 by someone?

I run Rekon 29 x 2.8 front and rear. Rear is tight with no mud clearance. 29 x 2.6 fits for sure.
