Through pedal torque problem

Hi all, just joined forum in the hope someone can help. My Specialized FSR Levo Turbo comp has developed a problem. When I exert torque through the pedals, the pedals turn but there is none or low drive on the chain, pedals slip. Feels like it’s a crank issue but not sure if it’s internal motor issues…help !

Bugger, really ? Not under warranty I’m afraid, is that a common symptom for motor failure. It still delivers the same power power under normal use it’s only from initial take off or sudden torque load applied. Thanks for taking the time to reply lightning.

The motor will likely have a two year warranty, but you may be able to get it repaired if not.
