Hello from South Africa fellow EMTB’ers
As the happy owner of a Levo SL I have fallen into the upgrade trap.
Started mountain biking on a 2012 Scott Spark whichI quickly realised was way too dangerous and bought a 2022 Stumpie Comp in January. After getting riding about 1000km in three months my knees where starting to say no more so I got the LevoSL Comp after testing that and a Levo and not enjoying the feel pf the Levo.
To keep a record of progression I started recording on a GoPro early on, The Inexperienced Mountain Biker on Youtube. Don’t expect any amazing riding or editing, but I am progressing on both fronts with my wife.
We both came to the conclusion in recent weeks XC is not our jam, playing in the more technical trails and enduro trails we have access too where we live. Those being Grootfontein Bike Park, Wolwespruit and Buffelsdrift Trail Park.
