Anyone used TFTuned or Silverfish recently for a full suspension service?

If so, what did you think to the service?

I'm planning to get my suspension serviced over the next month or so on the Levo.

Cheers

TF have been great in the past recently used Plush suspension for my Ohlins coil & amazing service 👍🏼 Had good chat about shim stacks & they did a great job service my forks myself but don’t have Ohlins tools for shock

TF Tuned have been my long-term favourite for suspension servicing. Their customer service is excellent. You can ring them up for a technical discussion and they are fine with that. I just got my Fox 38 Elite fork and Fox Float DPX2 Elite shock back. It appears that they have upped their game because in addition to the usual notes, they provided a commentary on what they found, tuning recommendations etc. Use TFT with confidence.

Just recently had my fork and shock back from Tf tuned, admittedly not used anyone else previously. The service was brilliant! had a phone call from each guy when they'd got the fork and shock apart. Would use them again.

Tf Tuned serviced my Fox 36 last year & found the experience excellent. Fork collected Monday & returned on Thursday ready for weekend rides. Recommended!

Ok I appear to be the only one that has used silverfish, for a DHX2 and transfer dropper. Not cheap, but fast and efficient, fixed damaged parts in the price, so overall a good experience.

I have used both companies and I personally prefer TFTuned, quality of service is exemplary.

I have used silverfish before fro Fox servicing (after they took over from mojo) and where good. TF are pretty much the best out there though unless you have a good local operation.

Have ordered springs and other spare parts for my suspension from TF Tuned and the shipping here to Sweden has always been fast and smooth.

TF Tuned, great communication, told me everything that needed replacing on my shock and why, shock was sent to them, repaired and back with me in less than 4 days along with all the replaced parts so i could see the damage

Wanted to follow up on this; its taken me a year to get round to sending off the suspension! ... but

Sent my Fox 36 and X2 to TFTuned a couple of weeks ago. Top notch service.

Not only did they service the fork, they also tuned it to my riding style, changed out the seals for SKF seals which seem to be better and now the Fork performs way better than before. Way more responsive, better tracking as well. Just got back from Morzine and had no issues at all and no needing to change the settings that they set up for me.

They also phoned me to say my 2022 X2, which had developed the typical squelch, could be sent to Fox to sort out as Fox are recalling several of these. So I got a brand new 2024 X2 Factory as well to replace my 2022!

So all in all, fantastic service from TFTuned. Thanks again all for recommending and I'd also highly recommend them.

I have just sent my shock to Fox Silverfish for a service/warranty claim due to it knocking and so far I've been impressed by the service
Good comms plus a quick turn around.
I posted the shock off around mid day on Monday and it's on the way back to me already, should be here by tomorrow (Thursday) according to the email which is a 4 day turnaround

Might be a silly question but when you send the fork to tf is it a lower leg service or full?

you probably have local places that can do lower leg, also it's really easy to do yourself

I suspect everyone is sending away for full service

I sent mine for the full service, you can ask for either but as it was with the experts I went all in (y)

I do full services on my forks but i send away my shock. Don’t have the specialist tools. Manitou Mezzer not too bad for damper bleed & get full kits from CRC
