My aluminium frame 2019 Turbo Levo has the problem of the TCU not holding firmly in place. No matter how careful I try to locate the TCU unit in the correct position into the frame and firmly screw it into place. At first it seemed to hold itself in place and well supported, but now when I press the on/off button (which requires a firm press) the TCU falls into the frame hole opening with the rubber cover flexing... It's quite annoying. I'll take it back to the shop - but was wondering if anyone has had this problem?

Careful with that screw, torque setting is 0.8Nm, fingertip tight. Haven't had your problem.

Thanks for the heads up, I may have overtightened at some point. But even with a soft turn it just won't stop falling into the frame.

Mine was doing that... so I used super glue to glue the rubber back onto the unit ... works a treat...bit shop said they will replace it. but for now im just using it as it is.
