Swapping wheel sizes on Meta Power?

Question: i'm interested in buying the Meta Power race 650B.
Would it be possible to use 29" wheels in this frame, when conditions ask for it?

No it wouldn’t why not buy the 29er iam sure you could fit smaller wheels to that if you wanted
Any bike that will take a 29 wheel has to be designed around that size to begin with
