To believe this you’d have to believe Jay Z (the ultimate decision maker for NFL entertainment) isn’t political. He is.

You can make anything out to be about politics these days if you want to. The NFL signs off on the show, BB is a hugely selling artist. If Roc Nation did a bad job for the NFL (ie costing them money) you can rest assured they would fire them very quickly.

The most favorable way of looking at this is that NFL hired Roc Nation (Jay Z’s company) so I wouldn’t expect that they’d veto a direction Roc Nation deems best.

Regarding Bad Bunny. Quite sedated. When he dropped through that roof. It should have been into a room full of ICE agents, where he was executed ........

Thank goodness the SB wasn’t played at Seco Field (Seattle) because those power poles can be very dangerous when it rains. I’d probably have to look away.

A slightly smaller SB party here because a cold-virus was floating around. (Fewer grandchildren ). Focused on the game.

If Jay-z had asked AI to generate a Taylor and Kelce wedding my wife would’ve went out-of-her-mind …and I would suffer for a while.

I put the show on here in the UK about 10 mins before it started thinking I’ll catch the first quarter and then get to sleep.

However, I ended up watching the whole thing, really enjoyed it. I’ve always had an interest in American Football, but only in recent years have I got to grips with the nuances of the game and I’m enjoying it even more.

When the new NFL season begins (September 26) there will likely be a game somewhere in the EU. I’ll watch that early game. But what I find funny is the cheering crowds. Sometimes they cheer …sometimes they don’t. …mostly at the wrong time. . But those stadiums are HUGE…wow!
