Strive: On noisy headset and cables

Hi folks,

I recently had a bike shop help me fit Invisiframe on the top tube of my Strive: On as I'd had some problems with bubbles, but whilst they were doing it they noticed that the headset cabling was noisy and the headset seemed stiff because of it.

Anyway, today I've been removing the shifter pod and cable for the rear mech to fit an AXS system and thought I'd check out the cable routing to see what was going on, as it was still noisy after the rear mech cable was removed.

Firstly there was some loose cable sheathing in there, but in hindsight I guess it was around the shifter cable until I removed it.

But after that was removed I looked up into the downtube with a torch and could see two cables really moving from side to side, causing the noise.

Is this normal and are yours the same?

If not, what's the best way to tackle this? I guess remove the fork?

Here's video up into the downtube.

Also, after removing the shifter cable there's a spare hole in the headset and the chainstay where the cable went. What's the best way to seal those up?

Cheers!
