Eg. UK, US, Russia, NZ, Canada, France, Bulgaria etc etc

UK and EU 25kph. Can I be a pedant and point out this is not a speed limit but the speed at which motor support ceases?

32km/h in NZ but I think most bikes with Shimano or Bosch motors are limited to 25km/h for some reason. Giant are running at 32km/h though.

All the newer stuff seems to be 32kph now, mates bosch gen 4 on his Rail is 32kph.

My powerfly lt9 2019 was advertised as 32kph but only did 28ish, took quite alot of grief to get it sorted. They have to swap motor out to get speed corrected. Pretty crazy really that they can't correct with software. Sorted now.

Thanks guys, im thinking of speed limits by law for ebikes. Appreciate the replies cheers
As per @KennyB reply “UK and EU 25kph. Can I be a pedant and point out this is not a speed limit but the speed at which motor support ceases?”

In terms of law, it will depend on country / local rules. You could use a well known search engine to find out what the local laws / bylaws are in your local.
