Specialized Levo Tuning

Hi, I’m looking to purchase and tune a specialized levo and wondered what the best approach was...a dongle or bluelight, if blue light does it affect speedo/gearing since it looks like it tricks the more into thinking the wheel size is different?

Any advice should be great ?

Considered using the BLevo app? Looks like the most versatile and easy option to me.

Blevo does not tune 2019 levos to go above 25km/h. (I figure levos with the very first firmware are probably not sold anymore.)

I bought one last week produced in marchnor so which had then old firmware.
