Specialized Levo no Power

Hello All, I am New here and am looking for an answer why the Specialized Levo of my wife shows and full accu but does't give any power to the pedals.

It happend when she turned it on afyer an shirt break looking at the nice view.

I read something about an battery under the contron in the frame. Is that the problem maker?

Or does it have anythong to do with the sensor. (is that near the back axel?)

Hope somebody can help me because we wanna use it again next week.
And all bike shoos are very busy.

Firstly, you have turned it on

Assuming it is displaying a power level

Have you selected a mode, as in have you pressed the + button to change power modes. It may be that you have it set to turn on in no mode

Make sure the battery cable is firmly pushed in place. Sometimes there will be no connection if you just let the magnet do it's job rather than using brute force.
