Specialized Cast Blue colour touch-up paint

Hi, I bought a Specialized Vado 3 electric bike from Evans Cycles last week in Cast Blue. I am trying to obtain a touch-up paint to match. I looked up a company called online paint shop.co.uk but was sent a different shade entirely. I since discovered that another bike which Evans sells - a gravel bike named Duverge E5 Elite shares the same colour name (Cast Blue) and this is what I received. They could not help me with the correct colour for my bike. Has anyone else found this problem?
Perhaps I can have the colour made up somewhere but need the RAL number if anyone knows it or know an exact match from a car dealer . Thanks
