I had an issue adding my bike. I called customer support and the Tech told me to email the info to his attention at ridercare@specialized (dotcom). They said it might take some time to confirm my ownership. I included a photo of my receipt and a photo of the serial number sticker. Within an hour I received a response thanking me for all the documents and my bike was added by the tech. All is well, no further issues.Hello,
I would need help as I am not able to add my new bike in Specialized App. I even can’t swap from my current bikes.
