Been out of the loop for a while, so don’t know what’s new.
looking for a short travel full suspension eMtb. Don’t care for anything with more than 140mm at the fork. Don’t care about brand or motor brand. Bonus points if it’s on the light side.
What’s available these days ?

Why do you want a 100mm travel?
Also, don't say you don't care about the motor unless you want your bike in the shop for 3 weeks at a time.

Bosch or Yamaha, based on reliability. Otherwise, yeah, all motors are good, just some have lots of problems, brose, Shimano

Like Cory S i can recommand the Yamaha/Giant Stance just a great value, reliable.
130 front/120 rear.

Go for a Levo SL or Orbea Rise and just run the fork stiffer.
Now that it's all higher capacity internal batteries pretty much everything else (incl short travel bikes) weighs tons these days
lighter weight bikes are far nicer to ride and much more nimble than shorter travel is.
