Shimano E7000 display issue

Just wondering if anyone can tell me what might be the problem here. Last time out ( week ago) my display was fine as usual and the several lines appeared in it, then after turning off and back on it was just the one. Today there's been one constant line through the display and one lower down (should be an image attached).

What would cause this - water ingress, poor connection, kinked cable etc, allof those?

Any ideas or experience would be great. It's still working otherwise - just doesn't fill me with great confidence.

I've just done a Google search and saw something which suggested that too. Still under warranty so hopefully it'll be covered.

Check online and compare. Last time I checked the cheapest E7000 display was £115 or so. Thankfully mine was replaced under warranty.
