Hi All in Oz.
My Shimano BT-E8010 battery, for my Merida e160 900e, has been sagging for many months now. Up until a week ago, it charged to "4 bars" before the dreaded blinking light charging error. Now it doesn't even get that far.
Is there anyone in Oz that would disassemble and fit all new cells to re-life the pack? A new pack is A$1000 retail. Ouch.
There is an Oz seller sarea_274 on Fleabay trying to sell 5 of these BT-E8010 packs (new) for A$595 each. But I smell a rat with this seller with no previous sales history and nil response to 3 enquiries.
Good advice appreciated.
