I have a NIB Deore 12s sat here doing nothing. I was going to return it but missed the window.

I have been going on Wiggle’s “email me when in stock”. Usually have a bit of stock every few weeks.

I did pay £130 for a £90 XT rear derailleur earlier in the year….

Same in Oz. I'm on every waiting list there is for a 12 speed SHimano casette.
