Hi I’m looking at getting a set of xt 12 speed shifters I’ve got a e-bike I’ve looked up and they’s single shift and multiple shift online for e-bikes it says single shift best for e-bikes (is this true)

The shifters I’m looking at are
SL-M8100-IR (multi shift)
SL-M8200 (Multi shift) I know this is not out yet I think as can’t really find them
SL-M8210 (single shift)
Can anyone advise me if any of them are better then each other or would u say they the same thank you

I don't think any of them are 'better', considering they are all in the same XT line-up. 8200 is just newer, improved, probably a better feel, where the 8100 was already top. Just ask yourself whether you simply want the latest.
I'd go for multishift, always on MTB. Single shift is intended to protect driveline on granny bikes or from people that have no sense of driveline compassion whatsoever ;).
Considering the average terrain and wide spread of gears used, it could be handy to jump 2 gears at a time on occasions, I personally do so regularly. And as long as you do that with some respect to the driveline all is good. There is no must in using it, it could just be handy when just done a steep climb on low gear, followed by a downhill, in those cases I wanna be able to rush through the gears.
I got the SL-M9100, couple years old, happy shifter here.
