Hi all. I have a Scott ransom e that I purchased on line 3 months ago, I registered it with Scott sports for warranty etc, I was wondering if anything goes wrong with it for example if the motor stops do I contact them on line and wait for the process etc or will they say bring it to a Scott dealer?! Somebody on here might be able to advise! ta

As above dealer.

I've a Strike and before purchasing looked into the warranty, my understanding is that the Scott warranty only applies to the element they make - namely the frame. All other warranty issues are directed to the specific manufacturer of the item, or......the dealer if new.

That is completely non-compliant with the UK warranty laws. Imaging buying a car and not getting any warranty on all the parts the manufacturer buys in to assemble the car.
