The after-sales service is still valid, if I understand correctly, it's not a bankruptcy ??
This brand is great and stood out, I hope they make a comeback one day...

The mentality of the eMTB/MTB market is disastrous, bikes are consumables and brands treat users like idiots.
Once the warranty period has expired or a new model come out, the bike no longer has any value...

In short, keeping your bike and smoking it until the end is my mentality then and now.

Just like your mobile phone, brands consider them a throw away item, they're all in a state of flux, over producing product just because their competitors are and yest none of them have a USP, BNC / SCOR put their eggs in one basket, primarily focusing on the American market where adoption of emtb's has been the slowest and trail access prohibitive, I tried to buy a Scor 2 years ago through UK BMC stockists and they all came back negative as in not available, they won't be the last to withdraw from the market.
