as I wait for my Notch I've been crunching the geo numbers like crazy. I wish Salsa would publish them for all configurations. Things change quite a bit when you go mullet with a 190mm fork. WB gets longer, reach shortens, HTA slackens a lot. It actually looks like if you leave the fork at 180mm things stay closer to stock aside from the BB but the height should be okay still. The closest to stock setup I can come up with when mullet and 190mm fork is using a 1 degree headset. This is very close in all numbers except reach, STA and stack height. The good thing about using a 1 degree is you could then use the flip chip in low if you wanted to slacked it further. All other setups things would get very slack using the low flip chip setting. Works components make a 1 degree headset. ZS56/66

Ended up returning the bike. Had some minor frame damage from shipping and i opted to just return it and move on. I don't doubt its a good bike. But with all the avinox stuff coming out I'm going for that instead. The downtube on the notch is pretty hefty also. But overall the quality seemed there. Poor timing on my end with the purchase
