I have a 2021 Turbo Levo base model which came with a Rockshox 35 front fork. I just upgraded to an Ohlins m.2 fork but my wheel will not fit into the fork due to the end cap diameter on the hubs.

It seems I have specific Rockshox Torque end caps (31mm diameter) on my hub. The hub is 15 x 110. The axle sleeve is pressed into one end cap (brake rotor side) and the other end cap friction fits on with an o-ring.

Is it possible to get a new end cap assembly in a standard size without replacing my hub? I am having a hard time finding the exact parts I need to accomplish this as I am unsure what will work for my application.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi
You’ll probably have to speak to both the hub manufacturer and Ohlins about your fork hub combo though I think Brink bikes in the uk are a Ohlins specialist
I bought my torque caps from Halo the hub manufacturer

what hub is it? You just need standard end caps for your hub. Speak to specialised.

I think it is a Specialized hub. I’ll try to give them a call tomorrow.

Alternatively I’ll probably just have them turned down on a lathe.

Update for anyone finding this thread with similar issue. Got ahold of Specialized and they confirmed the part for this is available. Part # S205900002, can be ordered at LBS.
