Just received this incredible, beefy, yet plush fork. I’ve only ridden it on bumpy, snow covered trails so far but I think this fork will be a huge win. The preload adjustable coil spring has a linear rate while the air chamber side is used to dial in the progression allowing for support on both sides of the fork.

I will add more info as I get more hours on this beast.

This link is for the old 35mm Boxxer, but the same modifications as for the 38.

Great fork. buddy just put one on an Enduro.
I have the 35mm boxxer with the hybrid coil. It's the best fork I've ever ridden.

Alright! Thanks for the confidence booster! Looking forward to more miles with this fork. I heard about Avalanche on this forum.

I just bought a new turbo Kenevo with the 35mm boxxer.

End of stroke is absolute trash so I'm wondering if this upgrade will fix that.

I've got it overpressured for my weight with compression damping on max, and despite shaking my fillings out on rough stuff it still bottoms out on moderate drops.

Real let down for a new bike.

The 35mm Boxxer on my Kenevo was the worst fork I've ever had. These forks bind excessively during compression and create a very harsh feel. Very happy with the hybrid coil with the 38mm Boxxer however.

I'd love to put one of them on it, but the thought of paying nearly half what I paid for the bike kills me 😭

I'm having a lot of trouble with a brand new 35mm boxxer on a Kenevo. Bottoming out hard, metal to metal off almost nothing.

The shop are now sending it back to Rockshox for me so I'm hoping it's a warranty issue.

But I noticed quite a few people unimpressed with its performance in general.

Did you find it okay before this upgrade, or did you do the upgrade because it was a problem?

Either way this avalanche upgrade makes a vast difference?
