That would bug me tbh. Really need to stop it from getting worse too!

they more stock on their site and I am leaning towards getting a replacement. $100 dollars seems low to have to repair this myself and keep it from spreading.

I would exchange it. You already spent the money (the hard part) and now the excitement of getting a new bike is tarnished. You can't do much with $100.

$100? I wouldn't even begin to hesitate to send it back for that amount. Is that a carbon frame? The amount they give you to keep it has to be enough to stop the amount you'd be pissed off every time you see it. Minimum of $500...and even then I would consider sending it back.

Nah, send it back and get an undamaged frame. YKIMS.

started the return process with Jenson, they will review and get back to me with ups pick up ticket. Hopefully next one is not damaged in shipping.

If the next one is damaged then send it back. That will undoubtedly focus their minds on sending you a pristine new bike which you have paid for. :)

I'd send it back and tell them I also want an in store credit for inconvenience. Big enough purchase it deserves it.
