Replacement cable housing sleeve available?

I have a 2023 Giant Reign E+ and would like to know where to purchase what I believe is called the sleeves that go over the cable housings? The cables that exit at the downtube and go into the rear triangle have these sleeves. Thanks

The cabel covers wear out over time due to the constent load when being bent.
I've asked my dealer but he couldn;t source it from Giant.

I've ended up purchasing "PVC cable protection / Insulation hose (Ø 5 mm inside, 5m)" from Amazon, and they are doing a great job on all of my bikes now ;-)

The covers do look like it will wear out, thus I was looking for spares. Thanks Trailaddict for the alternative from Amazon.
