Removal of post reaction function

After much consideration, @Powerslider has had his ability to react to posts temporarily revoked for"crapping all over the place".

We felt that excessive use of the "crap post" function was not in the spirit of forum etiquette.

dog poo, but the owner is responsible for it. Sorry if it wasn't clear, but i had to avoid a loot of poo on the street, while typing
