Removal battery & charging

Hi everyone,

How to remove battery from my JAM² when i turned the key ?
Do I have to pull or is there a clip to unlock before pulling it up? Can I charge the battery not mounted on the mountain bike or not?I do want to break anything.

I dont know, but on my Scott, you turn the key and push in*.

* I think thats what the shop said - TBH i recharge with it fitted, but i think its something like that.

Yes. I think the port for it is on the top tube just behind the head tube.
