Hi!

I am bit confused with my 2021 Action Team headset bearings.

I thought they would drop off as I removed front fork. But they dont, and I cant figure way to regrease or remove them. I already asked this on Facebook and got answer that just remove dust covering and add grease while they are still inplace. I would still like to remove them, how should I go about it? Or just add grease by removing dust covering somehow?

Looks like It's a sealed bearing
. If so if it's no longer smooth or has play remove it and replace with a new one. Otherwise just leave it alone.
Yes you can remove the seal and add more grease in an attempt to prolong its life. But worrying about it is shortening yours. ?

It makes horrible creaking noise and the lower bearing is rough when rotated by hand.

How do I go about removing the seal? How do I go about removing whole bearing?

Could I tap with bar and hammer on the lower bearing from the upside?
