good evening everyone couple of weeks ago I got an expert SL carbon from a well-known bike company
when I bought the bike it had been a ex demo , then previously purchased by somebody that owned it for around two weeks and then returned it the bike and they purchased a ff Levo
I then purchased the bike at a reduced cost from the bike shop
I have gone to register the with specialised but because this person has already registered it I cannot register the bike in my name
the bike shop cannot give me the name of the person to Contact due to data protection laws does anybody know if specialised can reset who is the owner on a bike I obviously have proof of purchase from the Bike company that I bought the bike from but need the registration wiped so I can register it .? @Specialized Rider Care
