Hey did you ever do this been thinking about doing the same think it could make a good downhill machine

Freeborn cycles in Horsham did it for me. It is absolutely the best mod I have made to any bike, ever. There isn’t a single downside - I was nervy about BB height or something unforeseen. Needn’t have worried.
the pluses- better on switchbacks (by far) , easier to shift body weight, improved attack position. But there is something harder to quantify that works- it’s like the bike just loves it .
anyway I Am blown away by it ?

Thank you ? bjep this is what I’m thinking as must make the head angle about 64 . I think I’m gonna do it really appreciate the feedback . I actually got my bike from joe at freeborn really helpful good guys . ???????

Good luck- it did cost me about £700 from Freeborn (not exactly sure as I had a few other bits done at same time)- but it was worth it
