hi guys booked a hire bike for today at OnePlanetAdventure in Wrexham travelled the 70miles to get to the trail center looking forward to riding the Merida e one40. thought that will give me a good idea if i would like the e mtb world . Got to the hire desk to be told the bike wasnt available as it was crashed the afternoon before . No email notification apart from one telling me not to forget my booking .
had a full refund and free hardtail std mtb for my use but just ruined the day as was really looking forward to it today
