Mine stripped threads within 3 months,i replaced them with e thirteens,no problems since

Just a quick question: do the cranks have a specific mounting position on the axle, or can they be fitted in any position?

Has anyone had their warranty replacement yet for these dodgy cranks? Options are either a temporary alloy replacement and a carbon set in a year, or an alloy replacement plus a free Cube front light....

I called Tredz today and lead times on the new cranks, either allloy or carbon, are uncertain. I'm off to Morzine in a few weeks so will just need to buy my own replacements. Cube website reckons they have already dispatched some replacements, but Tredz were none the wiser.

Hi can anyone post a link to a replacement bolt, Australian seller preferable. Just lost one the other day when my newphew was riding as he didnt notice the crank getting loose.

Unable to take to LBS for warranty as i live very remote.
